Instruments (Make Music)

Instruments (Make Music), born in London in 2007, make precise yet unconstrained math pop. It's bouncy and fun but hiding in the closet there's a slice of drama which can't help but rear its little head in the midst of chirpy melodies. The sounds are awash with jerky timings and impromptu closes but this never quite compromises the band's longing for the melodramatic pop song.

It's music to walk your dog, ride your bike or fly your kite to with a skip in your step, a beat in your chest and a smile on your face.

Their debut release for Unlabel is their self-titled 5 track EP, released in September 2008.
