Princess Headbutt

A quintet from Stoke on Trent (via London), who we met while out and about playing live with Joeyfat.

They had a sound all of their own, but comparisons to Stereolab, Tortoise and Broadcast were made - quality post-rock with some great brass accompaniment.

They had an exclusive track included on the 'un23' compilation CD and this was followed up by their 3" CD EP 'The Emerald Beak', released on Unlabel in August 2004 - 3 tracks on 3” for 3 pounds.

They have since disbanded with Tony and Rhys now playing in the Notorious Hi Fi Killers with Mr. Jon Richards, PJ joining Black Black, Jenny playing live with Kyote and Tony also joining Cove.

Princess Headbutt:
Jenny was the singer and played the cornet.
PJ played the guitar.
So did Steve.
Tony played the bass.
Rhys Llewellyn was the drummer.
