From The Baker Boys:
The Baker Boys are a son and father duo hailing from the rolling hills of Golders Green. Gavin (Billy Mahonie, Jet Johnson and Meets Guitar) and Dave enjoy playing country, folk and old time music on guitar and mandolin for their own amusement and for your pleasure.
The songs come from a wide range of musical heroes and include early American country, Norwegian, English and Irish folks tunes, psychedelic rock and even sixties free jazz. However, American country music for the 1920s and 1930s remain the prime inspiration.
The Baker Boys are men of constant sorrow and now present their debut long player for everyone thanks to those good ole boys at Unlabel.
